Due to the fragile nature of the items we supply, all products are securely packed with filler and bubble wrap to prevent breakages. In the unlikely event of an item damaged in transit, we will replace it for you free of charge. For your convenience, we offer five delivery services:

SAME DAY COURIER
For urgent deliveries that you need straight away; located 20 miles north of London we can deliver to most parts of the UK within hours. Contact us directly for a price.
NEXT DAY - £9.90
If you place your order before 3pm we can deliver next business working day to most UK destinations. Please note our carriers deliver between 08.30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. Saturday delivery options are available at extra cost. Please call the sales office to arrange a Saturday delivery.
ROYAL MAIL SERVICE
For standard delivery below 4kgs and within Royal mail packing and delivery guidelines then service is normally (3-5 working days) We can also offer a Special next day delivery service before 1pm.
EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL
If your order is international we charge a flat rate, please note this is subject to change as international shipping rates change often.
Please note we do not have any control or any visibility on any relevant Import Duties that may or may not be applied to purchases placed and delivered internationally.

SAME DAY COLLECTION
Collect your urgently required items from our trade counter.
We are able to ship items by post to most destinations in the UK, using our standard UK 2nd class delivery service 3-5 working days. Limited to a max of 4kgs in weight.
The courier service is a 1-2 working day service, dependent upon the region in which the destination is located in the UK. Most destinations are next day delivery. The Highlands and Islands regions of the UK will receive a 2-3 working day courier service in this instance.
Our order confirmation will show you the address you have requested the delivery to be made to. Please check and advise immediately if there are any errors in the address. We process your order within 15-30 minutes of the order being placed on our website. Overnight orders are processed within 5 minutes.
Certain items, such as fluorescent tubes can only be transported by courier due to the length and delicate nature of the product. Items delivered by courier require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that someone will be available between 08:30 and 17.30 Monday to Friday at the designated address to take the parcel.
We want your parcel to be delivered to the right place, in one piece, and at the first attempt. If you need your parcel delivered on a Saturday morning, please inform us, as there is an additional charge for this service. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to make alternative arrangements. They may re-attempt delivery same or next day and also re-card. If no contact is made within 3 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
We endeavour to keep our shelves full. However, occasionally demand outstrips our supply. In these instances, we shall inform you and if there is an excessive delay (28 days), we will give you the option of receiving a full refund or accepting alternative products (if applicable).
